Passion time

Today we did passion time, we are actually meant to only do it every second week but today some reason 

we did it.It was fun because we carried on with our wearable arts but, first we did a Hokonui Fashion awards competition. It was a kids one and you just drew on the piece of paper and Alana is going to get some similar material.

Passion Project

Today it was the Thursday Enrich class's first time doing their passion project. My group is me, Pippa & Kate, we are doing Wearable-Arts and we are making a Pasta dress. Today we had to decide what we were going to make and, since I have to be the model I had to get measured basically everywhere. It was really fun and I'm looking forward to finishing.

Speed Stacks!

Today with Alana we played speed stacks. It was my first ever time doing them, they were really fun. My best time was 7.36sec. Alana taught us that it is easier to use both our hands at the same time at it was really true because I bet my time by two seconds then I bet my time by another two seconds.

The Learning Wheel

Here  is my learning wheel. I did it this morning.  We did this to reflect on the term at Enrich.  If you click it, it will enlarge so you can read it more easily.

Today at Enrich

Today at Enrich I did I-pad science.We did Bobo and Light and Science Hub. Bobo and light Light is basically light science and Science Hub is studies about earth e.g Fire.  Today we also played Pegasaurus.  There are two teams - a red peg team and a yellow peg team.  If you are in the red team you have to try and grab the yellow team's pegs.  If you grab the other teams peg it is worth 1 point, if you keep your own peg on your back it is worth 2 points.  My team won with 88 points!!

You are settling in so well at Enrich.  You are organising yourself to complete set tasks, and your confidence is growing.  It was great to see your enthusiasm for the I-photo editing workshop today - you tried a variety of techniques to enhance your photos.  You work well independently, and within a group, and you always try your very best.  Well done Rhylee!  Katie.

I am proud of getting into the Southland athletics for long jump and relay.
